The very first thing we needed to do was pressure wash the camper. It was extremely nasty. There was a green film coating the entire thing.

The tag on the camper is from 2000 so it's sat for at least 10 years.

The body is in surprisingly great shape. There are only a few small dents at the front and one on the street side. I'm also amazed at the awnings, they are in almost pristine condition, almost like they were never used. The rock guard needs new Plexiglas but that shouldn't be too hard to get.
Next it's on to scrubbing the interior...

Our latest Airstream!
This is our latest Airstream. We just brought it home today. It is a 1969 Sovereign.
This is our third Airstream, our first being another 1969 Sovereign. Our second a 1970 Safari.
We hope to restore it within the next few months so we can go camping this spring.
I'll be posting pics of the work as I go.
